The left heart sits slightly larger and a little higher; the right one passes through it and rides lower. Both are open outlines in smooth rounded metal, mirror polished, and each carries up to 8 characters along its lower band. Further out on the chain sits one round brilliant cubic zirconia on each side, in a four-prong setting - the spot where the birthstones go. The pair spans 17 mm, and a lobster clasp with a 50 mm extender takes the bracelet from 15.5 cm to 20.5 cm.
